A vital function of the church is to create an environment where women can experience personal spiritual growth, fellowship, and ministering opportunities. Women’s Ministries offers Bible studies, prayer groups, planned events, congregational and group fellowships, and caring/outreach ministries.
Healing Journey
The Healing Journey provides an environment where women can heal from mental, emotional, and spiritual wounds. This comprehensive Bible study is loaded with proven and effective tools to help women move toward a place of wholeness and freedom, as they implement God’s biblical principles for healing. This 29-week study is offered annually from September through May. Click here for more information.
Knit and Crochet
This group meets most Tuesdays, 1-3pm for a relaxing time of fellowship. Whether you are experienced, intermediate or beginner level, you are welcome to attend! Bring your current needle project to work on, or peruse our patterns and yarns and we will help you get one started.
Women’s Banquets
Occasionally we gather off-campus for a buffet-style dinner, relaxing fellowship and uplifting worship. Future dates to be determined.
Line Dancing
Come have some fun as you challenge yourslef both mentally and physically by learning beginner-level line dances. Classes are held most Mondays, 7-8pm, June through October. We meet in the church parking lot unless bad weather sends us to the gym. All are welcome – men, women and teens.
L.I.F.T. Brunches
Our L.I.F.T Brunch, an acronym for “Ladies in Fath Together,” provides a meal, music and mesage designed ot lift our spirits. The speaker might be a visiting missionary, an outpost leader or simply a woman with a story to share. Watch the Women’s Ministry bulletin board for more info. Come and be Blessed as you see God at work around us!
Our Christmas Brunch held the first or second Saturday of December is an open-house event from 10am-1pm. Come when you can and leave when you must! Drop in to make a a craft, browse the sharing tables, enjoy warm food and fellowshp while you are out doing your Christmas shopping.
